Woodland Walks
On the south side of Ludlow is Whitcliffe Common, which rises above the River Teme and offers walks with views through the broadleaf woodland.
(Main photo above shows the view of Ludlow Castle).
Cee’s Which Way Challenge: There is no specific theme given. It just needs to be some sort of ‘Which Way’. The possibilities are endless.
Join in with the challenge or to view other Which Ways.
Love the castle in the distance, through the trees. A legacy of suppressing the Welsh!
Regards as always, Pete. x
The Welsh Marches has an interesting history with its Iron-Age and Roman forts and Norman castles. A pity they all are built at the top of a hill!
The views from this walk are lovely.
Marvelous which ways for this week!! Thanks ever so much for playing!
A good excuse for another walk around the common Cee 🙂
