Photographers, artists, poets: show us LOCAL.
It just so happens that today we went out to visit a local market town in Shropshire called Bishop’s Castle. Sun, rain, sun, more rain… but I managed a couple of photos 🙂

The bottom centre, the winding alley down to the Elizabethan ‘house on crutches’. Evocative of how the town has seen history. Wonderful stuff Jude!
Regards as always, Pete. X
Cheers Pete. It’s a quaint town with some nice indie shops, but nothing like Ludlow. We wanted to go to Mitchell’s Fold stone circle, but the weather beat us in the end.
GIVE WAY is perfect for this prompt. It would be fun to compare signs such as YIELD or SCHOOL ZONE from different parts of the world.
Yes that would be fun. I love quirky signs too 🙂
I love your local market day, Jude, even in the rain. 🙂
We did get rather wet! And the camera too, but the wind blew the clouds away, briefly!

How funny! Another bishop 🙂
Love the moody sky on that first image, which is what drew me in, Jude.
Moody? It was darn right belligerent 😉
