Archways
Hailes Abbey in Gloucestershire is a lovely peaceful place for a picnic. Only ruins remain now after the dissolution in 1539.
Cee’s Which Way Challenge: There is no specific theme given. It just needs to be some sort of ‘Which Way’. The possibilities are endless.

Great sense of history, and some vivid greens into the bargain! Good stuff Jude.
Regards as always, Pete. X
Yes, what is it about these places? I could never get my lawn to be that green!
The arches are cool and the green is such a beautiful color. Thanks so much for playing!
Hope you liked walking through the arches Cee.
I love this post! It is a beautiful place!
Thanks Rider, it is very peaceful. I love ruins 🙂
beautiful postcard perfect photos!
Many thanks 🙂
This is just my kind of place, Jude. 🙂
Yes I think you’d like the Cotswolds Cathy.
I have been to the Cotswolds, Jude, and you’re right, I really did love the area! I don’t have digital pics from when I went but maybe I can somehow convert my negatives to prints and post some about my trip to England in 1999. 🙂
That would be nice. I’d like to see what you thought of England!
I adored it! I really hope I can find time to eventually post about that trip. I also hope to come back one day!! 🙂
