La Pagode, Paris…
Tucked away behind a wrought-iron fence and greenery is this amazing little Japanese garden complete with a pagoda. The main picture highlights some of the wonderful colourful stained and painted glass in the pagoda and also contains a hidden picture! Can you see what it is?
Below are some of the features in the garden – click an image for more details.

Isa the small, mushroom cap sculpture in the right picture the pagoda? It’s always interesting to seeing the varying forms that pagodas and stupas take and how far they can push it and still call in one of those monuments. Interesting.
No Ben, that is just a lantern. The pagoda is well hidden, but you can see more of it if you go to my other post which I have linked to. Even then you only have a tantalising glimpse!
Lovely idea Jude, nothing quite like a secret garden! That glass is beautiful, and comes across very well in the photo. Regards from (a very wet) Norfolk. Pete. x
Thanks Pete, it has been a bit damp here today on and off though the sun is shining now and we have a beautiful blue sky!
Rare finding…and a great shot…Seems there is a story from the pic )
