A Word a Week Challenge: Ornate

This week the dictionary fell on the word Ornate

Ornate according to the dictionary has two meanings:-

  1. Made in an intricate shape or decorated with complex patterns.
  2. Florid – Elaborately or excessively intricate or complicated:

Prague has to be one of the most ornately decorated city I have seen, and you can see some ornate windows on my other blog Urbanicity. My selection today is a rather decorative man-hole cover, excessively decorated Fabergé style eggs and an interesting design for a gate! Hope you like 🙂
